The Drawings, whether preliminary or final versions, and all other information and content (other than any public domain materials), that we supply through the Site, including but not limited to images, illustrations, graphics, designs, layout, look-and-feel, software, audio files, video files, text, and the selection, design, arrangement, and enhancement of the Site (collectively, "Our Content"), are the exclusive property of Central States Manufacturing, Inc. or subject to third-party licenses, and are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright or other intellectual property rights or licenses under U.S. and international copyright laws. No right, title, or interest in any of Our Content is transferred to you as a result of your access or use of the Drawings or the Site.

Limited License. ALL DRAWINGS GENERATED THROUGH THIS SITE ARE SUBJECT TO A LIMITED LICENSE. We may enable you to download, stream, print, or store an unpublished Drawing for the limited purpose of designing a project for the end purchaser for whom the project depicted in the Drawing was designed (the "Customer"), subject to the following conditions:

Use of the Drawing is strictly limited to use for the purpose of doing business with Central States Manufacturing, Inc.;
With the exception of communicating a Drawing within your organization and to the related Customer, you may not publish, distribute, make available to the public, or retransmit the Drawings on any digital network, or broadcast the Drawing in any media or in any form or format without our prior written permission; and
The removal or alteration of any copyright or trademark notice is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate termination of this Limited License and your Central Link™ account, and such further remedies as are available under the law.
